  1、大蔥切段,姜切片,蒜切粒,小蔥切蔥花。

  2、油溫燒至6成熱,放入黃花魚煎至2面金黃,加入姜蔥蒜、幹辣椒、花椒、八角炒勻,加入清水适量、海鮮醬、料酒小火炖30分鐘。

  3、湯汁收幹後加入醋半勺、鹽1勺、雞精半勺拌勻,盛出撒上蔥花即可。
