  1、料:梨600克。

  2、輔料:杏仁20克。

  3、調料:冰糖30克。

  4、雪梨洗淨,留皮去核,切成滾刀塊;

  5、杏仁洗淨,瀝幹;

  6、鍋放在火上,加入适量清水,下入雪梨、杏仁及冰糖,蓋嚴;

  7、先用旺火煮3~5分鐘,再轉用文火煮1小時,盛入碗中,晾涼後即成。
