  1、準備糯米、蓮子、花腰豆、紅豆、薏米、紅棗、黑米、燕麥、花生、葡萄幹、枸杞。倒入清水将米淘洗幹淨,起鍋燒水,大火煮沸轉小火炖2小時。加入葡萄幹,枸杞繼續炖15分鐘出鍋即可食用。

  2、準備大米、糯米、黑米、黑豆、黑芝麻、薏米、花生。上述材料,先浸一晚,因為豆子比較難燒透,大火燒開,中小火繼續,直到粥粘稠即可。
