  1、材料:生菜2小葉、豆芽菜2小把、四季豆1條、紅蘿蔔1長條、蝦仁2隻、紫菜2細長條、沙拉醬2小匙、小麥麸2小匙。

  2、先将生菜、豆芽菜、四季豆、紅蘿蔔、蝦仁洗淨;将四季豆、紅蘿蔔對切,并以滾水燙熟,蝦仁燙熟備用。

  3、在生菜葉上抹上沙拉醬,然後包入四季豆、紅蘿蔔及豆芽菜;夾入蝦仁後,淋上小麥麸,以紫菜綁住尾端即可食用。
