  1、材料:雞半隻,冬筍250克。

  2、調味:姜、蔥、南乳、芝麻油、澱粉各少許,生抽兩茶匙,白糖約一茶匙。

  3、将鮮雞洗淨斬塊放入生抽、澱粉各少許,泡油待用;

  4、冬筍去殼用清水煮熟,切塊,南乳壓爛;

  5、爆香姜片、蔥段,放入南乳、雞塊、冬筍同炒勻,加入生抽兩茶匙、白糖約一茶匙、芝麻油少許調味,注入水,煮滾後轉入器皿中,低火煮熟即可。
