  1、準備材料:鯉魚1條、芹菜100克、食鹽1勺、生抽10克、植物油100克、料酒30克、味精2克、青蒜50克、姜20克、辣椒2個、水适量;

  2、鯉魚洗淨去魚腸、魚鱗和魚腮,兩面切上刀口,用食鹽、料酒、生抽抹勻置二小時入味;

  3、芹菜、大蒜、姜、辣椒切絲備用;

  4、鍋裡放油,油熱下鯉魚,煎至兩面金黃,放進辣椒和姜絲,淋上生抽翻炒幾下後放進青蒜和芹菜,再放點鹽;

  5、加入清水煮一分鐘,加點味精出鍋即可。
