  1、材料用量:芋頭400g、肉末150g、雞蛋1個、生粉50g、鹽、香蔥、姜、味精少量。

  2、做法:首先将芋頭去皮改刀切成絲,再加入一些切好的胡蘿蔔絲,加入适量的雞蛋,鹽,胡椒粉,蔥末抓拌均勻;借助勺子,做成丸子,起油鍋炸至金黃色。
