  1、原料:日月貝十顆,魚子醬、西米、蒜茸、精鹽、味精、雞精、濕澱粉。

  2、日月貝去掉一片殼,取留肉的一片,洗淨,剞上花刀。西米蒸至軟熟,加少許精鹽、雞精調味。

  3、在日月貝上放少許味精、濕澱粉,加入西米,蓋上紗布,撒上經油煸香的蒜茸,上籠蒸1分半鐘即可,去紗而、淋上冷凍的魚子醬即成。
