  1、将活河蝦用自來水沖洗幹淨,然後倒入裝有冷開水的水盆裡浸洗20分鐘;

  2、把蔥、姜、蒜切成末,放入一個小碗内,加紹興花雕酒、醬油、白糖、香醋,紅腐乳汁、辣椒調成醉浸汁;

  3、把清洗好的河蝦,放玻璃碗裡,将剛才調好味的醉浸汁倒入盛裝了活蝦的玻璃裡,用碗蓋蓋上,以免蝦跳出來,醉浸15-20分種後即可出鍋。
