  可以做韭菜拌豆幹,具體做法如下:

  1、主料:韭菜400克、豆幹100克。調料:鹽3克、味精2克、醬油5克、香醋10克、香油15克。

  2、做法:将韭菜洗淨,切段,用開水燙一下,攤開涼透。豆幹切成3厘米長的絲,放在盤内。加入鹽、味精、醬油、香醋、香油調拌均勻即成。
