  若想練習長距離跑步,呼吸非常重要。正确的跑步呼吸要講究節奏,要和步速協調起來。一般三步一呼三步一吸,較适合中等強度的步速。同時,呼吸要均勻,吐氣要幹淨,最好作深呼吸,以确保氧氣在肺部充分交換,也更容易配合步伐頻率。
