  1、白蘿蔔400g、雞蛋三枚、食鹽适量、蔥适量、姜适量、澱粉适量、調和油适量、胡椒粉适量。

  2、步驟:白蘿蔔一根洗淨切成絲。鍋中加水蔥姜,雞蛋打入碗中 澱粉加水兌成液體。水開後下入蘿蔔絲,鍋開後倒入蛋液、鹽、雞精。倒入水澱粉燒開,撒上胡椒粉淋上香油即可。
