  1、椰絲薄片的用料:細砂糖60G、無鹽黃油60G、牛奶4湯匙、低筋面粉20G、椰蓉60G。

  2、黃油微波爐融化後加細砂糖拌勻。

  3、加入牛奶拌勻。

  4、篩入低粉切拌均勻。

  5、加入椰絲拌勻。

  6、舀在烤盤上,用湯匙攤成直徑5厘米的圓片(原方分量24個)

  7、烤箱預熱上火170℃下火150℃烤15分鐘。

  8、完美的椰絲薄片就做好啦!
