  1、原料準備:内脂豆腐300克,鹽3克,糖1克,生抽10毫升,味精3克,蒜泥1勺,辣椒油适量,花椒油少量,香油少量,香蔥少量。

  2、豆腐倒入碗中,然後加入鹽糖生抽,味精等調料。

  3、用勺子攪拌成泥。

  4、蒜搗成泥,小蔥切末放進去。

  5、加上紅油香油等

  6、拌勻後就可以吃啦,方便快手。
