  4、雜蔬蒸肉餅:絞肉1磅加入糖1茶匙 鹽半茶匙,生抽2湯匙, 蚝油1湯匙,加點水加油2湯匙。用筷子順時針攪拌起膠。加入姜末和蒜末加入紅蘿蔔粒,玉米粒和青豆。拌勻。水開後入鍋蒸15-20分鐘。
