  1、食材:雞蛋兩個、尖椒兩個、豆瓣醬三勺、鹽适量、蝦皮10克、五香粉半勺、蔥花一勺、食用油一勺。

  2、尖椒洗淨切碎放入盆中加入豆瓣醬蔥花,打入雞蛋。

  3、放入五香粉蝦皮适量食用油。

  4、攪拌均勻,上蒸鍋蒸熟。

  5、蒸好的辣椒雞蛋悶子就可以上桌食用啦!
