  清蒸蛏子的做法步驟:

  1、蛏子清洗幹淨;

  2、準備好配料;

  3、在平底盤裡鋪上一層蔥姜絲;

  4、鋪上蛏子,上面再鋪上一層蔥姜絲,均勻淋入2湯勺料酒;

  5、放入開水鍋大火蒸3到5分鐘。(時間按量的多少和火力的大小而定,千萬不要蒸得過老。)

  6、蒸好的蛏子去掉表面蒸黃的蔥姜,均勻地淋入蒸魚豉油,撒上适量蔥絲、紅辣絲和蒜末,澆上适量冒煙的熱油潑香即可。
