  1、主料:雞750克。輔料:檸檬100克,菠蘿30克,吉利丁15克。調料:姜5克,白砂糖23克,檸檬汁15克,鹽8克,黃酒8克。

  2、檸檬取皮磨茸,肉榨汁,部分去核備用;

  3、将雞洗淨控淨水分,用腌料搽勻,放姜蒸熟,約蒸20分鐘,冷卻後切塊;

  4、菠蘿切粒狀,将碗用水沾濕,放3片檸檬,然後雞排上;

  5、将魚膠粉(吉利丁)加入半杯菠蘿糖水攪勻,再加調味攪勻煮滾,倒雞上,冷後放冰箱,食時反倒在碟上即可。
