  1、準備食材:墨魚幹200克,五花肉50克,油适量,白糖适量,生抽、老抽适量。

  2、将墨魚幹放入清水中浸泡20分鐘,五花肉去皮切條;

  3、泡好的墨魚幹去骨和牙齒洗淨待用;

  4、将墨魚幹切條,鍋中燒油放入姜片,倒入五花肉煸炒至出油;

  5、然後倒入墨魚幹翻炒,加入料酒、生抽、白糖炒勻;

  6、出鍋加入老抽炒勻,然後倒入大碗中,放入電飯鍋中蒸;

  7、飯熟蒸至入味後即可出鍋。
