  1、材料:青魚、十三香、白糖、料酒、陳醋、蔥姜蒜、紅幹椒。

  2、青魚去内髒,去頭,去麒,(魚籽)洗淨,切兩半。

  3、切蔥花,姜絲,蒜切片,幹紅椒。鍋内适量油,蔥花姜絲炒香。

  4、把青魚兩面稍稍煎一下,放入适量生抽、十三香、白糖、料酒、陳醋。

  5、紅幹椒掰開,放入,加清水,水開後轉中火即可。
