  1、将兔頭整理幹淨後放入鹵水中鹵制約半小時至軟後,撈出放入盆中。

  2、将适量菜籽油在燒熱,淋在辣椒面上,制成熟油辣椒。

  3、将花生米在鍋中炒至香脆,攆成碎粒狀。

  4、向鹵好的兔頭中加入熟油辣椒、花生米,适量鹽、味精,拌勻,裝盤即可。
