面條菜做包子怎麼做好吃

  1、準備食材:面條菜1斤;肉半斤;蔥适量;面2斤;鹽适量;十三香适量;味達美适量;雞蛋2個;油2大勺。

  2、将面揉好,發酵。将摘好的面條菜在熱水中炒一下。放涼水中過一遍,攥幹後切成2毫米小段,将肉切好,加入所有調料腌制。等面快發酵好的時候,将肉和菜混合再加兩個雞蛋。包成包子後放在籠屜裡加熱一會,鍋蓋輕微燙手停止加熱,等包子發一會,在加熱至開鍋後中火15分鐘。
