曬幹的蒲公英怎麼做餃子餡

  蒲公英雞蛋餃子

  一、準備食材:

  蒲公英570克、面粉400克、水240克、雞蛋4個、菜籽油适量、鹽适量、大蔥2根、生抽1小勺。

  二、做法步驟:

  1、面粉慢慢倒進水,将面粉攪拌成絮狀後揉團靜置;

  2、蒲公英擇洗幹淨,倒入開水中焯燙,開水下鍋,水開即可;

  3、撈出後晾涼擠去水分,剁碎備用;

  4、雞蛋打散,大蔥切碎;

  5、把雞蛋加入少量鹽入炒鍋炒散,剁碎備用;

  6、切碎的蔥放在剁碎的蒲公英上,炒鍋燒
