  1、面粉100g、鹽适量。

  2、用上等面粉加鹽、水揉勻靜置半小時,面杖擀成0.6厘米厚的面皮,切成0.4厘米寬的面條,然後兩手抓住面條兩頭(每次5-6根),用力扯長,放入沸水鍋中煮熟,撈出抖散晾冷。

  3、灑熟菜油少許拌勻;辣椒油、甜紅醬油、蒜泥、芝麻油、醬油調成味汁。吃的時候将面條放沸水中燙熱,撈入碗中,淋味汁即成。
