  1、将胡蘿蔔切成絲加少許鹽腌制幾分鐘,蒜拍成泥,放入小碗中,加入芝麻醬、醋、醬油、鹽、芥末醬調勻備用,幹辣椒放入鍋中煸幹,取出切碎,倒入少許熱油制成辣椒油。

  2、将涼水1000克加鹽倒鍋内燒開,将荞麥面倒入,用木棍攪成團後過涼水。

  3、将面團用手沾涼水拍成圓餅形,用小刀打成條狀入碗,澆以醬油、辣椒油、醋、蒜汁,放和好的芝麻芥末糊、用礤床擦好的鹹蘿蔔絲,即可食用。
