  1、配方:荞麥面粉300克,油适量,溫水适量。

  2、荞麥面粉加入溫水,攪拌成面花,和成軟面團,饧10分鐘。

  3、将面團揉成長條,分成六等份,擀成厚薄合适的餅。

  4、電餅铛預熱,抹一層薄油,小心的拿起面餅,放入,煎熟即可。
