韭黃牛肉片做法

  1、牛肉(菲利150g)、韭黃(50g);精制油、小蘇打粉、生粉、胡椒粉、老抽醬油、鹽;

  2、洗淨韭黃,切成4公分長段,待用;

  3、炒前,從冷藏室取出已醒好的牛肉,加入0.5ml老抽醬油、鹽、生分拌韻;

  4、熱鍋下油,(雙排小火)二成熱放入牛肉翻炒,至牛肉變色(約3-4分鐘),放入韭黃,改大火,翻炒1分鐘起鍋,裝盤。
