  1、材料:西葫蘆、海米、枸杞、鹽、料酒、甜面醬、胡椒粉、水澱粉、雞精、蔥、姜、高湯。

  2、将西葫蘆洗淨切成厚片,再将蔥姜分别切好;

  3、坐鍋點火放入油,油溫4成熱時倒入蔥花姜片、海米煸炒,加少許甜面醬繼續煸炒,然後倒入适量高湯,依次放入料酒、白糖、胡椒粉、雞精、鹽,再将切好的西葫蘆放入;

  4、待西葫蘆煮熟後放少量枸杞,再勾少許芡用大火翻炒即可出鍋。
