  1、材料:以山藥500克、金糕50克、熟花生油60克、白糖150克。

  2、将山藥刷幹淨,放在籠屜内,用旺火蒸熟(約二十分鐘),取出晾涼後剝去外皮,用刀碾成細泥,金糕切成菱形小片或其它花樣。

  3、把炒勺放在旺火上,放入花生油、山藥泥,加白糖炒透裝盤,碼上金糕片即成。
