  1、豬肉(五花腩)200克、生菜100克、西蘭花100克、蓮藕100克、豆角100克、馬蹄50克、蒜頭(去衣拍碎)15克、姜片10克,潮式豆醬、魚露各少許,鹽、糖、生抽、米酒、花生油各适量。

  2、制作方法:豬肉洗淨,剁成肉松備用;生菜、西蘭花洗淨;豆角洗淨切段;蓮藕洗淨切片;馬蹄去皮切角;把各種時蔬“飛水”備用。

  3、開鍋下油,爆香拍蒜和姜片,下肉松和生抽翻炒片刻,濺少許米酒,加入各種時蔬和豆醬、魚露繼續翻炒,最後調味便可上碟。
