  1、将澱粉放入鍋内,放白糖,豬油拌和,加沸水400克,用竹筷不斷攪拌,制成熟粉。待熟粉稍冷後,即用手揉和,分成20小塊。

  2、将豆沙搓成條,分成20份,将熟粉塊揉圓揿扁,放上一份豆沙,捏攏收口,然後用手揿扁或放在木制的模型中,再倒出,即成水晶餅生坯。

  3、将生坯排列在籠格裡,加蓋,在沸水鍋上用旺火蒸5分鐘,出籠時在餅面上塗一層麻油即成。
