1、先在牆上架設輕鋼龍骨（75毫米或100毫米都可以）龍骨間距300毫米。然後在豎向龍骨間填充隔音棉（填滿龍骨間空隙），填充完後在龍骨上封石膏闆即可。
2、如果有要求較高可在牆面上龍骨前，預先鋪設石膏闆，然後在石膏闆上架設龍骨；或在封面層石膏闆之前加封一層隔音闆或者隔音氈，這樣密封效果更好。
