  1、原料:豬腿骨1000克,蓮藕400克,豆腐200克,紅棗300克,生姜、精鹽、味精各适量。

  2、豬腿骨洗淨,斬成塊,放入沸水鍋中焯一下撈出,瀝淨血水。

  3、蓮藕去皮,洗淨,切成塊。生姜洗淨,切成片。

  4、豆腐切成塊,紅棗洗淨。鍋置火上,放入适量清水、骨塊、豆腐、紅棗,燒沸。

  5、改小火慢煮至熟爛,加入精鹽、味精、調味後稍煮,即可食用。
