  1、藕洗淨刮去皮,切薄片,迅速放入滴了幾滴白醋的清水中,浸泡一會兒,防止發黑。

  2、把藕片放入沸水中汆水。迅速撈出,沖涼後浸泡在涼開水中。

  3、把藕片撈出瀝幹水分,放大碗中,加2大勺白砂糖、1.5大勺香醋、少許雞精拌勻後淋上香麻油裝盤即可。
