  1、首先卷心菜洗淨晾幹,去梗撕成小片。

  2、取鍋倒入涼水,放入花椒粒,開大火煮,放入海鹽、糖、醬油,煮沸關火,自然晾涼。

  3、卷心菜塞進洗幹淨的玻璃罐子裡,倒入晾涼的泡菜水,用兩根泡菜梗堵住罐子口,壓住泡菜。

  4、倒入兩勺高度白酒,蓋緊蓋子,七天後即可食用。
