  1、用料:血皮菜1把、蒜2瓣、小米辣4~5個、生抽2勺、味精适量、鹽适量。

  2、血皮菜折洗幹淨,放入清水鍋中煮熟後撈出放涼。

  3、小米辣,蒜瓣清洗幹淨後,剁碎放入碗中,鍋入油待熱,淋入小米辣碗中,放入适量鹽,味精,生抽。

  4、将調好的料汁淋在血皮菜上,拌勻入盤即可。
