  1、食材:羊肋條350公克、大蒜5瓣、姜、辣椒1根、蔥、洋蔥、豆瓣醬、油、醬油膏、酒。

  2、鍋熱油爆香姜、大蒜、豆瓣醬、辣椒。

  3、放入羊肋條拌炒至快熟狀态(肉變白即可)。

  4、加入醬油膏、酒、蔥、洋蔥,拌炒至全熟,熄火裝盤即可。
