  蚝油秋葵做法:在鍋中倒入清水,加入一勺的鹽,水開後倒入秋葵,煮兩分鐘左右,也可根據喜歡的口感做時間調整。将煮好的秋葵放入涼水過涼,然後再均勻切段。将适量的蚝油、雞精、糖、雞精、蒜末放入碗中攪拌。熱鍋放油,待油熱好,關小火,倒入料汁,待香味一出倒入秋葵,然後翻炒,等秋葵上醬汁均勻就可出鍋。
