怎麼做香甜南瓜饅頭

  1、準備材料:南瓜260g、面粉300g、酵母2g;

  2、南瓜去皮、去瓤切塊;

  3、蒸熟搗爛,加酵母粉拌勻,靜置一會融化;

  4、加面粉揉勻;

  5、蓋保鮮膜發酵至兩倍大,手沾面粉插入試一下,基本不反彈即可;

  6、發好的面團擠出空氣,揉勻;

  7、團成長條,手拽成饅頭大小的劑子;

  8、每個劑子再揉一會整成饅頭形狀即可,發酵20分鐘,涼水上鍋,中火,開鍋後20分鐘,關火焖2分鐘出鍋即可。
