  1、選擇一篇Word文檔,點擊“文件”。點擊“另存為”按鈕。

  2、然後打開另存為對話框,單擊“工具”選擇“常規”選項。在打開時的密碼對話框中,輸入打開文檔時的密碼,單擊“确認”。

  3、在彈出的确認密碼對話框中,再次輸入密碼點擊“确定”按鈕,最後點擊“保存”即可。
