  1、原料:春卷皮15張,春卷餡150克,面粉25克,花生油500(約耗40克)。

  2、将面粉放入碗中,加清水調成稀糊。

  3、将春卷餡分成十五份,分别放入春卷皮中間,四面包起,成 長2寸、寬5分的長條,在收口處抹上面粉糊粘牢,即成生春卷。

  4、坐煸鍋,注入花生油,燒至六成熱,下入生春卷,炸至金黃色時撈出,控淨油,碼入盤中即成。
