  1、主料:鷹嘴豆200克。

  2、輔料:自制番茄醬4大匙、水适量。

  3、鷹嘴豆煮前浸泡4小時以上。

  4、鷹嘴豆與2倍的水放入鍋内大火煮開,轉小火煮20分鐘。如果需要豆再軟一點,可再煮久一點,水相應增加一些。

  5、加入4大匙自制番茄醬,繼續煮至汁濃稠即可。
