  1、主料:金針菇200克。輔料:黃瓜35克、竹筍35克。調料:鹽2克、黃酒15克、味精3克、香油7克、姜5克、色拉油30克。

  2、将金針菇切一刀,和筍絲一起焯一下,倒出瀝淨水分。

  3、鍋架火上放油,下姜片,烹紹酒,加味精、精鹽,去姜片後倒入金針菇、黃瓜絲、筍絲、炒拌均勻,灑上麻油,出鍋裝盤。
