  1、食材:山藥、青紅椒、鹽、雞精、雞湯、白糖、白醋、蔥、姜。

  2、将山藥去皮洗淨,斜切成薄片;青椒、紅椒分别洗淨,切片。

  3、炒鍋注油燒至七成熱,放入山藥片滑炒至熟,再放入青椒片和紅椒片翻炒。

  4、調入鹽和雞精調味,起鍋裝盤即可。
