  含鉀比較高的食物有土豆、油菜、菠菜、香菇、銀耳、木耳、海帶、紫菜、香蕉等。于腎病患者,尤其是高鉀血症患者,要減少這類食物的食用,但是也不是不可以食用。也有方法可以盡量去除或者減少蔬菜裡面的鉀含量,可以将蔬菜浸泡半個小時或者水煮三分鐘,然後再去炒,可以使鉀的攝入量減少1/2或者2/3。
