  1、鹵味可以随便買、任意混搭,配菜婆婆這次用了青椒,你也可以選擇蒜苗、韭菜等。

  2、青椒洗幹淨、切成塊或者條都行,蒜苗、韭菜的話切段。

  3、開中火,鍋裡熱油。下青椒,炒大概2、3分鐘,加少許鹽,一定要少!因為鹵味本身是鹹的。

  4、把鹵味全部倒進鍋裡翻炒,大概半分鐘後,鹵味會有些粘鍋,這時候加少許水,繼續翻炒半分鐘,關火。
