  1、主料:竹筍50克、雞翅75克。

  2、調料:蒜10克、黃醬25克、野山椒40克。

  3、稱取50克竹筍絲鋪在碗底。

  4、在筍絲上放上洗淨剁小的雞翅中約75克。

  5、在雞翅上面鋪上75克的醬料(由黃豆醬、蒜蓉、野山椒碎組合而成),拌勻後,入鍋蒸35分鐘即可。
