  1、小豆芽、胡蘿蔔絲、幹辣椒、花椒、蔥絲姜絲、精鹽、米醋、雞粉。

  2、小豆芽洗淨開水燙至斷生,過涼水瀝幹,用精鹽 米醋 雞粉拌勻。蔥姜絲放在上面。

  3、鍋坐火上,加入色拉油,下花椒7--8粒,油熱後撈出花椒,下入幹辣椒段,迅速倒在蔥姜絲上,用盤子扣上焖10分鐘打開拌勻。
