  1、雞爪9隻,香葉4片,八角4個,桂皮2塊。

  2、雞爪洗淨,剪掉指甲,每個雞爪從中切成兩半;放入清水中加入姜片,水煮開2-3分鐘撈出。

  3、鍋中放油,加入4-5顆冰糖至融化。

  4、油燒好後加入雞爪翻炒幾下上色,加入清水,老抽,水要沒過雞爪,焖煮10-15分鐘。

  5、最後大火收汁。
