  1、主料:白菜200克,輔料:幹香菇3克,調料:鹽5克,豬油10克,味精1克。

  2、用溫水泡冬菇,去蒂洗淨;白菜洗淨切成3.5厘米段。

  3、将油熬熱,放入白菜炒至半熟,再将鹽、冬菇、味精放入,加點肉湯或水,蓋上鍋蓋燒爛即成。
